Gano Seba Sangstha (GSS) (GSS) was established in 2003 by a group of dynamic young men and women driven by philanthropic ideals, spearheaded by visionary founder Sk. Abdus Salam. The organization emerged in response to the socio-economic challenges faced by marginalized communities in the Khulna region, particularly the poor, ethnic minorities, Dalits, and those affected by environmental disasters. Since its inception, GSS has dedicated itself to community empowerment, capacity building, and advocacy for sustainable development and social justice.
The fundamental goals and objectives of the organization are: To help helpless, distressed, destitute and destitute youth and young women and to provide them with employment opportunities through training according to their skills.
