Mission

Gano Seba Sangstha (GSS)  is committed to fostering a society where social justice, economic empowerment, and environmental sustainability are fundamental rights accessible to all. Rooted in community participation and local wisdom, our mission is to uplift marginalized populations—especially women, children, ethnic minorities, and people living below the poverty line—by expanding opportunities, enhancing human capabilities, and ensuring inclusive development.

Gano Seba Sangstha strives to create sustainable livelihoods through vocational training, income-generating programs, and support for micro-enterprises in rural and semi-urban areas. Its integrated approach to education promotes literacy, non-formal education, and school retention, ensuring that children and adolescents, especially girls, are not left behind. The organization works to build awareness and action around gender equality, reproductive health, disability inclusion, and protection from human trafficking.

In the face of climate change and recurrent disasters, Gano Seba Sangstha are dedicated to enhancing community resilience by promoting climate-smart agriculture, afforestation, clean energy, and emergency response systems. Its public health efforts focus on improving access to sanitation, maternal and child healthcare, nutrition, and mobile health services.

Transparency, integrity, and collaboration are central to its operational model. Gano Seba Sangstha engage in partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and community-based organizations to maximize impact and resource efficiency.
